一年月色最明夜，千里人心共赏时！

今天是农历八月十五，我们迎来传统佳节——中秋节。

今年中秋是“十五的月亮十五圆”，最圆时间出现在傍晚时分，且月升时间与最圆即满月时间几乎重合，是赏月绝佳时。

今年，中秋节与国庆节相连，又恰逢亚运会如火如荼地进行，与家人团聚，赏一轮明月，为运动员加油喝彩，所有期许都化作美丽的中秋诗句。

The sea mirrors the rising moon bright;

Miles apart, our hearts share tonight.

海上生明月，天涯共此时。

中秋节是中国人阖家团圆，赏月色、吃月饼的日子。

It is a day for Chinese people to reunite with family members to enjoy the full moon and eat sweet moon cakes.

在中国文学中，月亮的阴晴圆缺总与人生的悲欢离合相连。

The changing shapes of the moon represent the sacred ebb and flow of life in Chinese literature and the shape of a full-moon symbolizes perfection and unity.

中国人对月亮的向往可以追溯到“嫦娥奔月” 的神话。据说，月亮上住着嫦娥和玉兔。中国的嫦娥探月工程也得名于此。

The reverence for the moon among Chinese people can be traced back to a classic fairytale: "Chang'e Flies to the Moon". It is said that upon the moon lives the goddess of the moon, the beautiful Chang'e, accompanied by a rabbit.
